Please make your own travel and hotel reservations (the EU is very strict on reimbursing the most economical accommodation and transportation). The EU will refund the nights from 29 April - 04 May at the maximum. Please note that EU regulations state that "Expenditures such as public transportation (or taxi), minibar, telephone, car park, room service, additional costs for double room (incl. 2nd breakfast), etc." will be at your own expense. These expenditures must be settled separately with the hotel.
